Getting Permissions

Any who would like to contribute to this site would need to be a verified member of the Kansas State University community. This means that he or she will need to sign up for an account on this site and have a valid Kansas State University identification. He or she can expect to be contacted to validate identity. Thereafter, if this all looks accurate, the account will be approved, and he / she can add contents.

Generally, it is understood that people may post their own contents, but they should not be revising or editing others' works. In a few rare cases, system administrators may step in to revise or edit based on site needs.

Uploading Imagery

Imagery should be in .jpg format. And the dots per inch (dpi) should be 100 or 120 for decent screen resolution. The width of the images should be about 400 or 600 pixels for basic consistency.

To upload the imagery, sign in. Then go to Upload file at the bottom left of the menu bar. Upload the file.

Go to the entry that you're working on, and insert an "Embedded file." Embed the file based on the file name given to the uploaded file, and save the page.

The page should show the image. Uploaded images should be right-sized before they are uploaded.
