Ingredients of Gulab Jamun
- Prepare 2 cups of ready to mix gulab jamun flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
- It’s 1 kg of sugar.
- It’s 1 glass of water.
- Prepare as required of Ghee For frying.
Gulab Jamun instructions
- In a Big Bowl take gulab jamun mix.
- Pour milk and mix,make a medium hard dough,rest it and then make small size balls.
- Switch on the flame and heat the oil when oil get medium hot drop this balls.
- Fry these all balls on medium flame till it get brown in colour.
- In another pan pour water and sugar, let it boil and make one string chashni (sugar syrup).
- Dip all gulab jamun in prepared sugar syrup. Let it soak for sometime..
- Here's gulab jamun are ready to serve.
