- Mix salt into flour; Add sugar, yeast, Olive oil into water. Pour the water into dry ingredients,mix with a spoon or a spatula to incorporate the flour. Mix well until no dry flour remains. Cover it up and let it rest for 30 mins.
- Gently scrape the edge of the dough from the bowl to a floured baking paper. Dust the dough with flour and separate it into 10 pieces.
- Make the shape you like and press it gently.
- Preheat the oven include the baking tray. Put the baking along with the dough on the heated tray and bake for 15 mins.
