- It’s 1 of firm tofu, pressed (180g).
- You need 1/2 tsp of Himalayan black salt (any you like).
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp of water.

- Chop spring onions. Cut the radish in halves and then slice them finely. Peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes..

- Peel potatoes and cut them into bigger pieces. Add some yogurt and salt and leave it to soak. Cut pickles, and once potatoes are soaked add veggies and vegan mayo. Stir everything gently and add vegan scrambled eggs. The best salad is the following day once all the flavours get mixed up. Season with parsley..
