- You need 250 ml of chilled milk.
- You need 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice-cream (homemade).
- You need 1/2 cup of cream (malai from top of milk).
- It’s 3 tbsp of Thandai syrup(Guruji).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
- It’s 3-4 of ice cubes.
- It’s 2 tbsp of finely chopped almonds, pistachio flakes.
- You need 2-3 of dried rose petals.
Nutty Thandai Thick Shake instructions
- In deep bottom container add vanilla icecream,cream,Thandai syrup,1 tbsp of chopped almond- pistachio nuts..blend for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar and blend again for 2 mins..
- Add chilled milk,blend for 2 mins,as milkshake become frosty. Take out frosty mixture..in another cup..
- Put ice cubes in serving bottle/ glass on it, pour prepared thandai milkshake..on it put frosty mixture (kept aside from shake). Garnish with chopped almonds pistachio flakes and dried rose petals..
- Serve/. Relish Nutty Thandai Thick Shake immediately..
