  1. You need 250 ml of chilled milk.
  2. You need 1 scoop of Vanilla Ice-cream (homemade).
  3. You need 1/2 cup of cream (malai from top of milk).
  4. It’s 3 tbsp of Thandai syrup(Guruji).
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
  6. It’s 3-4 of ice cubes.
  7. It’s 2 tbsp of finely chopped almonds, pistachio flakes.
  8. You need 2-3 of dried rose petals.

Nutty Thandai Thick Shake instructions

  1. In deep bottom container add vanilla icecream,cream,Thandai syrup,1 tbsp of chopped almond- pistachio nuts..blend for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar and blend again for 2 mins..
  2. Add chilled milk,blend for 2 mins,as milkshake become frosty. Take out frosty mixture..in another cup..
  3. Put ice cubes in serving bottle/ glass on it, pour prepared thandai milkshake..on it put frosty mixture (kept aside from shake). Garnish with chopped almonds pistachio flakes and dried rose petals..
  4. Serve/. Relish Nutty Thandai Thick Shake immediately..
