- Mix and make a nice smooth dough with khoya and maida..
- Knead it well and keep aside for 30 mins covered in a moist muslin cloth..
- Heat water with sugar and make a syrup just sticky less than a string consistency..
- Heat oil and knead the dough in small portions nicely and make small balls..
- Fry the jamuns in low medium heat..
- Once nice and brown on all sides dip it in the sugar syrup..
